Donna and I planted some Fragrant Sarcococca under a window in the
front of our house. It is a basic deep green shrub that stays under 3'
tall and wide. Small insignificant white flowers. Likes partial shade
and not too much water. Really not an imposing plant. You don't see it
written up in the magazines. We don't put it up
in our main displays. – until it is in bloom.
The fragrance is wonderful. I can smell the fragrance as i drive up and all the way into the house. As I mentioned, it likes part shade and not too much water. if you give it this it is easy to grow and the reward in the early spring... pronounced SAR CO CO CA |
